Realistic setting goal

Realistic setting goal has three characters:
1. It has the capability to divide to daily targets and hourly tasks.
2.  The part of goal will be become a reality by hourly tasks.
3. It has the improve capability.
For example: is the losing weight half pound a week realistic goal? What is your opinion about two pounds a week? Or six pounds a week!?
The reality is that all three above objective can be realistic or not. 
If anyone wants to reduce his/her weight, but he/she hasn’t a daily schedule for diet program, changing eating habits and exercise, it is unrealistic goal setting, in contrast if your goal is the losing weight six pounds a week and it be accompanied by clear daily goals, this setting goal is realistic.
Realistic setting goal increases not only hope on during the day, but also helps to improve self-esteem

Hope and The meaning of life

Hope is the seeing image of reaching goal.
As small and big goals are in our life, we could have much hope.
 However this meaning be wider, the entrance gait of our hopes would be broader.

hopeful and fear

Rumi said, “Show me a fear without hope, or a hope without fear. The two are inseparable” For example, a farmer plants wheat. Naturally he hopes that wheat will grow. At the same time he is afraid some obstacle or pest may destroy it. So, there is no hope without fear, or fear without hope.”  

But this fear not only is Cause of disappointment, but also creates humiliation feel. Since, hope is along with fear and humiliation, hope feel can be a conditioned stimulus for humiliation feel, so some people for avoiding from unpleasant feels such as fear and humiliation don’t choose challenging goals, even when they know that attending to this goal is necessary, despite this need, they procrastinate unconsciously goal setting for avoiding from the pain of humiliation.

unrealistic goals

It is normal human behavior to set goals and to strive to achieve them, but some people set unrealistic goals such as get rich, buy a new car, make 10,000 dollars in two weeks! Or they expect that their depression be treated completely by eating Prozac!
Setting unrealistic goals can quickly result to disappointment.

hopeful

According to research many inappropriate emotions and behaviors such as depression, anger, anxiety, dependency, types of addiction and aggression created or exacerbated by disappointment.

The solution of the drying root of disappointment is planting seeds of hope. The hopeful is a skill that it can be learned.  Although the learning of hopeful takes a little time, but its would have a profound effect on enhancing the quality of our lives.
