Realistic setting goal

Realistic setting goal has three characters:
1. It has the capability to divide to daily targets and hourly tasks.
2.  The part of goal will be become a reality by hourly tasks.
3. It has the improve capability.
For example: is the losing weight half pound a week realistic goal? What is your opinion about two pounds a week? Or six pounds a week!?
The reality is that all three above objective can be realistic or not. 
If anyone wants to reduce his/her weight, but he/she hasn’t a daily schedule for diet program, changing eating habits and exercise, it is unrealistic goal setting, in contrast if your goal is the losing weight six pounds a week and it be accompanied by clear daily goals, this setting goal is realistic.
Realistic setting goal increases not only hope on during the day, but also helps to improve self-esteem
